Kathy is a Certified Professional Life Coach, having achieved her designation through The International Coach Academy, a recognized body of The International Coaches Federation. She is also certified as a Reiki Practitioner with Canadian Reiki Association and Certified Facilitator. She brings her ten plus years of extensive customer service background to help individuals address key interpersonal communication barriers in their personal and professional lives.

Kathy has extensive experience in helping others in their personal development as well as being actively involved in designing and delivering workshops to help achieve personal and professional excellence. With a passion for coaching, Kathy leads the Gaski performance group's coaching department. She brings her energy and enthusiasm to every aspect of our clients' needs.

Kathy is highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic with a unique diverse background and great sense of humor that influences others in a positive way. In addition to a delivering and supporting personal growth programs and caring for others, Kathy is regularly involved in volunteer work with the Alliance Hospice and Cummer Lodge Old Age House. She is a true advocate in the philosophy of giving back to society one person at a time.
