For 18 years Brenda was employed with The Yellow Pages Group. She worked at every level of the sales function from "Telephone Sales Consultant" to "Senior Sales Manager" to "Corporate Sales Trainer". In addition Brenda spent two years as a part-time Instructor of Marketing at Seneca College and is currently an Instructor with the College in the Ontario Management Development Program. As a sales consultant, Brenda received awards for both net dollars sold as well as customer service.

In 2005, she led her sales team to the number one spot achieving the highest overall dollar net gain within her sales channel. She developed an excellent reputation as a first class trainer and sales coach doing so within a unionized sales environment.

As a sales facilitator and as a sales coach, Brenda has a natural ability to connect with all types of people and personalities. Many of her past learners have commented that her training style gave them the confidence they needed to take risks during the training and openly share their own experiences with their peers, all of which resulted in positive outcomes for these learners.

Her Bachelors Degree in Adult Education enabled her to recognize and implement effective teaching strategies based on the needs of her learners. Through her own active approach to life-long learning, Brenda continually seeks out best practices of leading sales improvement companies, incorporating these best practices into her training style.
